The General Membership Meetings (GMM) of the Pasay Makati Realty Board serve as the primary assembly ground for our community of licensed practitioners. Held monthly at premier venues across Makati and Pasay City, these meetings bring together active brokers, associate members, and institutional developer partners.
Each assembly features keynote macroeconomic analysis, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) compliance lectures, developer property presentations, and the formal induction of newly licensed real estate brokers into the PAREB national roster. Agenda: A high-impact double-feature learning session focused on building sustainable real estate businesses. Featured guest speaker Bettina Reyes shared practical sales discipline and pipeline strategies for consistent deal closing, while Nikki Gilladoga provided actionable blueprints on establishing a profitable property management portfolio to generate recurring long-term client income. The assembly concluded with developer partner updates and member networking fellowship.

PAREB-PMRB 5th GMM: Financial Literacy in Real Estate Using "Laway Kapital" — Cash Flow 101 & Airbnb Business

Agenda: An interactive wealth-building workshop and board game simulation for brokers, agents, and property investors. Real estate investor and wealth coach Ronald Cagape facilitated the Cash Flow 101 game simulation, WOFEX founder and industry mentor Randy Manaloto shared strategic insights on leveraged wealth creation ("laway kapital"), and Ralph Martin Ligon presented actionable models on establishing a profitable Airbnb and short-term rental business. The assembly also integrated PMRB MLS orientation and member networking.

Agenda: A macroeconomic and commercial investment briefing for real estate professionals. Colliers Philippines Research Chief Joey Roi H. Bondoc presented the 2026 Philippine Economic Outlook and high-growth market trends, while PEZA Deputy Director General Emmanuel M. Cortero discussed emerging economic zone corridors, foreign direct investment demand, and industrial land opportunities for licensed brokers. The assembly also highlighted the PMRB L.E.A.P.S. framework and MLS member onboarding.
